The Riviera
From Nice, the Côte d'Azur is easy to explore without a car: trains, trams and buses link the hotel to the region's main sights.

Vieux-Nice
Ochre lanes, the Cours Saleya market in the morning, Sainte-Réparate Cathedral: Vieux-Nice is best explored on foot, without a fixed route. The climb up Castle Hill, just above, gives a view over the Baie des Anges.
Monaco
The train follows the coast to Monaco in about twenty minutes, with sea views for much of the journey. The Rock, Port Hercule and the Exotic Garden can be visited in half a day.
Èze
Perched 400 metres above the sea, the village of Èze can be visited in an hour, including its pedestrian lanes and botanical garden. The Grande Corniche road, taken by the bus, offers one of the finest views in the region.
Cannes
The regional train links Nice to Cannes along the seafront. La Croisette and the Forville market are easily visited in a day, with a late-evening train back.
In Nice Itself
A few streets from the hotel, the Musée Masséna occupies a Belle Époque villa opening onto a public garden. The Promenade du Paillon, a green corridor through the heart of the city, runs from Place Masséna down to the sea.
